Padel Intel provides competitor intelligence to padel clubs: occupancy, peak and off-peak fill rates, price levels and city overviews. This page explains what data we handle, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Padel Intel is operated from Bangkok, Thailand. For anything about this policy or your data, write to hello@padelintel.site.
Data about you
When your organisation is onboarded we store:
- Your email address, used to sign you in and to send the daily report.
- If you sign in with Google: the name and email address of your Google account, and nothing else. We do not read your calendar, contacts or files, and we never post on your behalf.
- Your organisation name, country, city, plan and billing contact.
- Sign-in timestamps and standard server logs (IP address, browser), kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Data about clubs
The market data on the dashboard is built from court availability published openly on booking platforms. It concerns courts and time slots, never individual players or bookings by named people. City and country overviews are aggregates and never expose a club outside your competitor set.
Where data is stored and who processes it
- Supabase (database and authentication), hosted in Singapore.
- Vercel (web hosting).
- Resend (transactional email: sign-in links and daily reports).
- Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.
Each provider processes data on our instructions and under its own security programme. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access control
Every organisation sees only its own competitor set. This is enforced in the database itself (row-level security), not just in the interface. Access stops when a subscription lapses and resumes when it is renewed.
Retention
- Raw availability snapshots: 90 days, then deleted.
- Hourly occupancy aggregates: kept, as market history.
- Account data: for the life of the subscription. Write to us to have your account removed once it has ended.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted. Email hello@padelintel.site and we answer within 14 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell every account by email before the change takes effect.
